In Oklahoma City, the average list price of homes has decreased to $147,900. In comparison, the average list price of homes in the state of Oklahoma is $141,900. The state capital has 30-year fixed mortgages available with rates of 3.85 to 4.41 percent APR. Oklahoma City’s lowest rate is less than the national average rate of 4.29 percent.

Tulsa is the Sooner State’s second largest city. Homes in the Tulsa metropolitan area have an average list price of $150,000. Like Oklahoma City, the rate for a 30-year fixed mortgage starts out at 3.85 percent.

Located east of Tulsa, Muskogee offers homes with an average list price of $97,500. A 15-year fixed mortgage here can have rates of 3.30 to 4.02 percent APR. The city has the same rates for its 30-year fixed mortgage as the previous two cities.

Enid has homes with an average list value of $128,000. Oklahoma Mortgage Rates are low here as well. The 15-year fixed mortgage here has a starting rate of 3.30 percent, just like Muskogee.

Located south of Oklahoma City, Lawton is known for its closeness to Fort Sill. This area also enjoys a rate as low as 3.03 percent for its 5/1 ARM. The national average for this type of variable mortgage is only 3.05 percent. Homes in the Lawton area have an average list price of $125,000.

In the western part of the state, Guymon has homes with an average list price of $107,000. A 7/1 ARM can be acquired with rates of 3.15 to 3.35 percent APR. Another city that shares these rates is Miami, which is in the northeastern portion of the state. Homes in this area have an average list price of $97,500.
